The electric power supply in Cuba is normally 110 volts and 60 cycles, with sockets adapted take to take the North American 2 flat pin.

This is the only option you will find in many of the private accommodations and small hotels. However, most of the modern hotels in Havana, Varadero, Cayo Largo and Jardines del Rey have dual voltage (110V and 220 v) and are equipped with sockets that can take European rounded two pins plugs.
We recommend you to keep this in mind when you book your accommodation and decide which electrical effects you will bring with you.
We also recommend you to bring always an adaptor that will help you to use the North American 2 flat pin we have in Cuba.
